A material witness in a triple homicide last month in north Tulsa was in court Wednesday.

James Kidwell went before a Sequoyah County district court judge Wednesday afternoon. The judge did not reduce Kidwell's bond and he remains in jail.

Kidwell is being held as a material witness in the February 22nd death of Rebecca Barney, her ex-husband and a Good Samaritan.
