(Tulsa-AP) -- Michael Watson scored a career high 54 points as Missouri-Kansas City defeated Oral Roberts 91-to-86 in double overtime.
Watson was 19-of-35 overall from the field, 10-of-22 on three-pointers and six-of-six on free throws in Saturday night's game.
Carlton Aaron added 15 points and nine rebounds while Javon Clark had 11 points for the Kangaroos, who are 7-and-18, 6 6 Mid-Continent.
Luke Spencer-Gardner had a career-high 30 points for the Golden Eagles, who are 16-and-9 and 7-and-5 in the Mid-Continent.
ORU went ahead 66-to-64 in the first overtime, but consecutive baskets put UMKC ahead 68-67.
After trading leads, Watson hit two free throws to tie the game at 73.
In the second overtime ORU's Jonathan Bluitt missed a potential tying three-pointer. Watson sank four free throws to seal the game.
