The Tulsa Classroom Teachers Association says it's not willing to consider any compromise that would keep school open on February 12th.

That's the day teachers plan to rally at the state capitol. Tulsa School Superintendent Dr David Sawyer says he doesn't want to recommend closing school, although he may be forced to, given the number of teachers who have said they'll be absent that day.

The Tulsa School Board has it on the agenda again next Tuesday.
