103 telemarketing firms have requested Oklahoma's new no-call list. Only nine of those firms are from Oklahoma.

More than 430,000 Oklahomans signed up for the state's first no-call list targeting telemarketers. The law went into effect January 1st, but it allows telemarketers 30 days to remove consumers' names from their solicitation lists.

7,000 people have already signed up to be on the next list, it will take effect May 1st.
