(Los Angeles-AP) -- Michael Olowokandi scored 26 points -- including 20 in the first half -- as the Los Angeles Clippers beat the Houston Rockets, 93-to-86.

Olowokandi also had eleven rebounds to help the Clippers end a two-game skid.

Elton Brand added 20 points and 12 rebounds as the Clippers moved within two games of Utah for eighth place in the West.

Steve Francis was back in the Rockets' lineup after sitting out Saturday's game with recurring migraine headaches. He had 23 points and nine assists.
