A Tulsa Police officer got fired Wednesday. Police Chief Ron Palmer fired Joe Borza Wednesday after conducting a hearing Tuesday.

A Tulsa woman had accused Borza of raping her while he was on duty in January. Prosecutors ruled there wasn't enough evidence to file charges in the case. But, the chief determined Borza violated three different department policies.

Borza has 10 days to appeal.
