TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ Tyron Tiggs scored 16 of his 19 points in the first half and Oral Roberts had four players score in doubles figures in an 84-67 victory over Western Illinois on Thursday night.

The Golden Eagles (14-12, 8-3 Mid-Continent Conference) got 17 points from Reggie Borges, 15 from Richie Myers and 14 from Markius Barnes.

Brian Williams and Quentin Mitchell scored 12 each for Western Illinois (12-12, 3-8).

Oral Roberts repeatedly beat Western Illinois in transition and opened a 22-point lead in the second half.

Western Illinois led early in the first half, but the Golden Eagles used a 22-6 run to take a 36-27 lead. Tiggs' 3-pointer at the buzzer gave Oral Roberts a 43-33 lead at halftime.

Tiggs made 3-of-4 from 3-point range in the first half as Oral Roberts shot 57 percent from the floor.
