Tulsa Police homicide detectives arrested a man Tuesday afternoon for shooting and killing his nephew over the weekend.
Police say John Bell shot Sylvester Okonoboh in the head at the Comanche Park Apartments during an argument over food Sunday.
Okonoboh died Monday in a Tulsa hospital.
