(Dallas-AP) -- Oklahoma safety Brandon Everage and Oklahoma State defensive tackle Kevin Williams are the Big 12 co-defensive players of the week.

Everage intercepted two passes, broke up four others, had one sack and a quarterback hurry as the second-ranked Sooners beat number nine Iowa State 49-to-3.

Williams had nine solo tackles and an assist, two tackles for losses of 13 yards and a quarterback sack as OSU beat Nebraska 24-21 _ the Cowboys' first win over the Cornhuskers since 1961.

Texas Tech quarterback Kliff Kingsbury is the offensive player of the week and Texas kicker Dusty Mangum is the special teams player of the week.
