Tulsa's oldest Hispanic Festival is underway this weekend. Festival Hispano 2002 kicked off at 3rd and Boulder Friday morning.

Tulsa's first Hispanic newspaper - Hispano de Tulsa - is hosting the festival as part of Hispanic Heritage Month. There's live music from local and international artists, as well as vendors, dancing, and of course, lots of great food.

Festival Hispano is free. It runs thru Sunday.
