(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The state Corporation Commission is telling Southwestern Bell to reconsider long distance changes that could affect more than 100-thousand rural customers.

Southwestern Bell wants to discontinue the Local Plus and One Plus Saver Direct plans. The change would add extra charges after two-thousand minutes a month.

Many customers say that's not enough time and is especially tough on Internet users such as children doing homework.
