Mills, a Jenks tight end, caught touchdown passes of 25, 15 and 31 yards in Friday night's contest. He finished with 77 yards on four receptions.
West quarterback Matt Warren passed for one-hundred-56 of his team's one-hundred-93 total yards. The East finished with three-hundred-two total yards.
Warren, of Putnam North, found Edmond North receiver Greg Hopkins most often. Hopkins had six receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown.
The victory snapped the East's three-game losing streak against the West.
