There are new allegations Friday about who knew what about WorldCom's "cooked books."
Before taking the fifth earlier this week, former WorldCom CEO Bernard Ebbers told a House Investigative committee he didn't have anything to hide.
But WorldCom attorneys say Ebbers was aware that hundreds of millions of dollars had been moved.
The lawyers say that information comes from WorldCom's former Chief Financial Officer Scott Sullivan, who also refused to testify on Monday.
Ken Johnson, a spokesman for the investigating house committee says, "this is the first evidence that the muddy little footprints may lead back to Bernie Ebbers' doorstep."
The Securities and Exchange Commission has filed civil fraud charges against WorldCom.
