Prosecutors have cleared a Tulsa County Sheriff's deputy for shooting and killing a man during a standoff last week in Broken Arrow.
Officers spent hours surrounding a hotel when Christopher Moore kept them at bay. Moore was forced out of his room by tear gas, but was holding a live grenade.
Authorities say he was shot when he made an attempt to throw the grenade. It went off seconds later. No one else was hurt.
