Tulsa traffic is the focus of a new committee created by Mayor Bill LaFortune.

Members met for the first time Tuesday. Their mission is to improve the quality and timeliness of street construction projects. They also hope to prioritize the projects.

The group was formed by different citizens groups, and will get citizen input before they make recommendations to city leaders.
