FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) _ Andrew Wishy batted in a pair of runs and Jarrett Gardner pitched 4 2/3 innings of hitless relief Tuesday night as Arkansas beat Oral Roberts 6-3.

Arkansas opened a 2-0 lead in the first but Oral Roberts scored a run in the second and added two in the third, chasing starter Josh Merryman. The lead held until the Razorbacks got to starter Michael Rogers (7-3) for four runs in seventh.

Gardner (2-1) entered with one out in the third. He struck out four and walked three. Kyler Pomeroy gave up no hits in the final two innings for Arkansas (24-18).

Wishy had two hits, scored once, and drew two walks.

ORU falls to 29-15.
