Steven Holley is still free and authorities are still looking for him. Creek County authorities say they had Holley in custody at a local hospital on Sunday.

The Creek County Sheriff's office says Holley told them his gun had accidentally discharged, injuring his hand. After Holley was treated for his injury, he was released. Authorities add, they didn't recognize Holley, because he's now much thinner and cut his hair.

Tulsa Police say Holley was released from the Tulsa County Jail on May 11th due to an error in federal paperwork. Last week, authorities say Holley has been identified as the suspect in the robbery of the Bank of Oklahoma at the Albertson's at 51st and Harvard. They also believe he robbed an Albertson's at 4818 E 80th on May 13th. The FBI also says Holley had been sighted in the Norman area.

Holley's physical appearance has changed according to the FBI. His hair has been cut short and he has lost a significant amount of weight. He is described as a white male, 42 years old, 140 to 150 lbs., with short brown hair. Authorities say Holley has used several aliases.

Anyone with information on Holley's whereabouts is asked to call the Tulsa Police Crimestoppers tip line at 596-COPS.
