OU's Johnson is player of week

(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma senior guard Nolan Johnson is the Phillips 66 Big 12 Player of the Week after averaging 19 points in two Sooner wins last week.

The Brooklyn, New York, native also pulled down 16 rebounds and handed out five assists in the wins over Texas Tech and Texas.

He's the second Sooner to win the award this season, after J-R Raymond who was selected two weeks ago.

Oklahoma plays at Oklahoma State tomorrow then hosts Baylor on Saturday.
