(Dallas-AP) -- Oklahoma State junior guard Maurice Baker is the Phillips 66 Big 12 Conference Rookie of the Week for the second time this season.
Baker was chosen after averaging 18 points and ten rebounds in two wins last week, including an overtime victory over Iowa State.
The conference player of the week is Missouri junior Clarence Gilbert.
