(Tulsa-AP) -- Most children had a blast on all those snow days in the last month.
But come summer, they may be wishing school hadn't been canceled because of bad weather.
Tulsa-area public school calendars have been unofficially extended to make up for the snow days. That means kids could be going to school in June instead of getting out in May.
Tulsa schools normally plan for one to three snow days. But, they used a lot more than average this year.
Several school districts are planning to extend their calendars, although they haven't decided exactly how yet.
Another option is Saturday school.
