Tulsa Oilers hopeful that more wins are on their way

(Tulsa-AP) -- The Tulsa Oilers are hoping their recent winning ways continue over the next two weeks.

The Oilers have moved into a third place tie in the Central Hockey League's Western Division by going 5-1-and-1 in the last seven games.

They have a chance to gain more ground tonight when the visit second-place San Antonio for a 7:05 face-off.

San Antonio has been hot as well, winning six of their last nine, but Tulsa has beaten the Iguanas' both times the two teams have played this year.

Tonight's game is the first of seven over the next eleven days for Tulsa.
