Bartlesville Police are still looking for two suspects in an alleged case of animal cruelty. Two security guards at Phillips Petroleum notified police Monday evening to report seeing a truck with a dog dragged alongside it. A man and a woman were in the truck.


The security guards wrote down the license plate number and handed it over to police.
They're looking for a 1980 tan Toyota pickup. The tag number is O-B-E-7-9-2. if you have any information, call animal control at (918) 338-4001 or the Bartlesville Crimestoppers at (918) 336-CLUE.
