Kathy McConnell-Miller’s Golden Hurricane moved to 4-1 in Western Athletic Conference play Thursday with a 64-28 victory over Texas-El Paso at the Reynolds Center. Kasie Pittman led four TU players in double figures with 12 points. The Hurricane held UTEP scoreless for the first 13 minutes of the game, and eased to the win.
TU is now 8-9 overall, 4-1 in the WAC.
