The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is still searching Keystone Lake for the bodies of 42-year-old Richard Watts and 34-year-old Johnny Graves.

The two men and a boy, 12-year-old Lemiah Denny, were in a boat that capsized late Saturday or early Sunday. The boy, who was wearing a life jacket, died and his body was found on the shore.

Richard's wife, Laurie, is working for passage of a law that would require all boaters to wear life jackets.
