Tulsa Police say Creek County authorities captured early Monday the suspect in a deadly shooting at a Tulsa apartment complex.

Police say Donald Jelani confronted his ex-wife's boyfriend, Noel Smith, while the couple was moving out of their apartment near 61st and Memorial. Jelani allegedly shot Smith twice, then took off. Tulsa police say the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officials have not released any details about Jelani's capture or given a reason for the shooting at this time.
