Formal charges could be filed today against 2 people arrested in connection with Tulsa's third homicide in a week.

Detectives say 20 year-old Gary Dick II was shot during an argument in the middle of a street over the weekend.

Tulsa Police say 28 year-old Bryan Hudson got into an argument with Dick Saturday morning. He died at the hospital. Hudson was arrested in his backyard where detectives found a handgun underneath a dog house.

In addition, 23 year-old Jennifer Meheagan was arrested for concealing Hudson after the shooting. She also faces a number of drug related charges.
