There are new developments in the search for two missing Craig County girls.

Jeremy Jones, a man considered a person of interest in the case, was in the drunk tank of the Ottawa County jail in Miami at the time Laurie Bible and Ashley Freeman disappeared five years ago.

The two girls have been missing since authorities found the Freeman home on fire, with the parents dead inside. The medical examiner estimated the mother's time of death to be about 3 AM and records show Jones was arrested an hour before that, and the home in Welch was found on fire a couple of hours later.

Jones is in an Alabama jail right now on separate murder charges.
