Oklahoman William Crowe was once America's top military commander and is a well-respected expert on international affairs.
The retired admiral returned to Tulsa Wednesday to give his inside perspective on the war in Iraq and other international affairs. "We should listen as well as talk, and we should understand that we don't always have all the answers. In today's global world, we can't do everything alone and some problems can't be solved, particularly by force. We need high grade diplomacy and we haven't see too much of it lately."
Crowe's has served under former Presidents Reagan, Bush, and Clinton.
