OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma City police have arrested two men after finding the remains of a man who's been missing nearly three years.

Detectives say Baron Bernard Mathis is being held on a murder complaint and Irvin McCoy as an accessory in the death of Alex Tom Record.

Sergeant Paco Balderrama says Record's remains were found buried in southwest Oklahoma City following the arrest last week of McCoy on unrelated burglary charges.

Balderrama says Mathis and McCoy are also under investigation in the disappearances of William Crandall in 2006 and Vickie Peters in 2004.
