OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Lauren Eckermann pitched a one-hitter to lead Number 2 seed Oklahoma to a 5-0 victory over seventh-seeded Kansas in a quarterfinal game.
Lindsey Vandever went 1-3 with two RBIs for the Sooners (50-6), who advanced to today's semifinal round against third-seeded Missouri.
Kansas (33-24-1) was eliminated in its second game of the day after beating Iowa State in eight innings in the first session.
Eckermann (32-3) pitched a complete game, striking out six and walking two.
Kassie Humphreys (19-15) allowed five hits and five runs, three earned, in four and two-thirds innings for Kansas.
