Charges are now filed against the father of Tulsa’s latest murder victim. Police are searching for 18-year-old Dale Ackerson. First-degree murder charges were filed on Friday against Ackerson, in the death of his two-month-old son.
The baby was found not breathing at a Tulsa apartment complex early Sunday morning, he was pronounced dead at a Tulsa hospital. The Medical Examiner determined the baby died of blunt force trauma to the abdomen and head.
The boy was Tulsa’s 13th murder, and the second infant killed in 2007.
