Tulsa homicide detectives are investigating the city’s ninth murder of the year.
The body of a 25-year-old Michael Davis was discovered early Saturday morning outside the Fulton Plaza Apartments at 4600 S. Fulton. He’d been shot in the head and chest, said police.
Officers are looking for a purple 1993 or 1994 Chevy Blazer. It was seen leaving the apartments between 3:15 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
Tulsa detectives are also looking for 27-year-old Rashad Phipps, he is not a suspect, but is considered a person of interest in the case. Phipps is described as a black male, 5’5, 165-pounds.
If you know where Phipps is, or know anything about the shooting you’re asked to call Crimestoppers, 596-COPS. You can remain anonymous and could earn a cash reward.
