A normally slow travel season is heating up with sports fans planning bowl trips.

OU is the biggest seller; a top-notch trip to see the Sooners in the Fiesta Bowl costs $1,600; that includes a charter flight to Arizona, three days in a hotel, and tickets to the game.

Greg Spears says he could sell out in the next three days. "I'd say it's a lot more interest in the BCS bowl game than just a regular bowl game."

Spears says most folks following OSU or TU to a bowl game will drive.
