Tulsa police are searching for home invasion suspects.
It was a violent event, and police say it was not random.

News on 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright has details.

On Thursday, October 26th, at 2 a.m., three suspects kicked in the door of a couple's house in the 4700 block of South 85th East Avenue.

"These intruders come straight back to the bedroom where the couple is sleeping, they're wearing masks, dark clothing, hooded sweatshirts," said Officer Scott Walton.

The suspects duct taped the woman, and made the man open a safe and take out a substantial amount of money.

"After the robbery, they put the couple in a closet and barricaded the door before leaving the home," said Walton.

The victims did not get a good look at the robbers since they were all wearing Halloween masks. If you have information about this case, you can call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS. If your anonymous tip leads to an arrest, the Citizens Crime Commission will pay you a cash reward.
