LUTHER, Okla. (AP) -- State and local authorities are investigating the discovery of human skeletal remains in eastern Oklahoma County.

Investigators haven't identified the remains, which were found Saturday on private land near Oklahoma Highway 66 and north Peebly Road.

Deputy Police Chief CO Moore says the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has been asked to help with the probe.
