NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma safety Reggie Smith says he'll return to practice Wednesday after missing the past two days with a cut on his left leg that became infected.

Smith says the cut is the result of what was a turf burn during the Oregon game.

He says even though he's missed two days of workouts he's still mentally in the game from watching film and that there is ``no way'' he'd miss the Texas game.

Smith also returns punts and kickoffs for the Sooners and has lined up at receiver this season.
