OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma City police say an apparent bout of road rage led to one driver stabbing another in the neck in a parking lot near Crossroads Mall.
Police Sergeant Leroy Dancy says the victim of yesterday's stabbing was not seriously injured and refused medical treatment.
Dancy says both drivers were northbound on Interstate 35 near Moore when they pulled to the side of the road and were involved in an altercation. The drivers returned to their cars and continued north but pulled over a second time near the mall. Dancy says one driver emerged from his vehicle with a gun, then re-entered his car and got a knife.
Dancy says he then walked up to the other car, leaned through the window and stabbed the victim in the neck. The assailant fled, and no arrests were made.
