A Porter teenager already convicted of murder, faces two new assault charges and has been moved out of a juvenile detention center.
17-year-old Daniel Dillingham is charged with stabbing a fellow juvenile inmate with a pencil and with attacking and threatening to kill a member of the staff at the LE Rader Center.
Dillingham was sent to the Rader Center after pleading no contest to the first-degree murder of a classmate on a Wagoner County school bus in 2003.
