PIERCE, Okla. (AP) _ A Mulhall man is killed when his car crashes into the back of a tractor trailer along Interstate 40 in McIntosh County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 31 year-old Phillip Fagan was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happend about 12:15 Saturday morning.

The patrol says Fagan was driving westbound when the truck driven by William White of Okema pulled in front of him. Fagan was pinned for more than two hours before being pulled from the wreckage.

A passenger in Fagan's vehicle -- 39 year-old Holly Ledford -- was flown to a Tulsa hospital and listed in stable condition. The driver of the truck wasn't injured.
