OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma's congressional delegation is largely undecided on a proposed free-trade agreement with Central America.

The Central American Free Trade Agreement -- known as CAFTA -- would lower trade barriers between the US and Central American nations and the Dominican Republic. The Bush administration is pushing hard for Congress to take it up.

Representative Ernest Istook say he's inclined to support the idea. Representatives Tom Cole, Frank Lucas and John Sullivan are still undecided.

But Representative Dan Boren says he may vote against it. Boren says he believes its overall impact on his district would not be good.

Boren says Oklahomans are skeptical about free trade pacts since the North American Free Trade Agreement passed a decade ago. He says many people think NAFTA didn't benefit the state.
