A man accused of abducting and raping a 15-year-old Tulsa girl in 1999 is in jail.

39-year-old Jose Pagan was taken into custody in Meridan, Connecticut. Pagan's case came to the attention of US marshals in April during a nationwide fugitive search called "Operation Falcon."

Prosecutors are working to bring Pagan back to Tulsa to face rape and kidnapping charges.
