Tulsa Police are investigating a woman's claim she was attacked.

Shortly after midnight, the woman called police to a restaurant at Archer and Sheridan. She said she'd been shot in the face at a motel across the street. Turned out she was not shot, but may have been pistol-whipped.

Officers found her purse and shoes in a motel room across the street, but no suspect.
