Prosecutors have filed two charges, including murder, against a man accused of killing one man and wounding another.

John Mullenax is charged with murder in the shooting death of Lenny Miller and shooting with intent to kill in the wounding of Geral Cardwell. Mullenax told Tulsa County Sheriffâ€™s deputies he shot both after the two men threatened him with a knife and a club in an area along the Arkansas River known as "Tent City."

Deputies say they didn't find a knife or club at the scene.
