With gas above two dollars a gallon, Oklahoma attorney general Drew Edmondson is concerned about price gouging.
Edmondson wants to make sure gas stations or oil companies don't deliberately agree to raise the price to a specific, predetermined amount. Edmondson says legally, gas stations must charge at least six-percent over the wholesale price of gasoline. He says it's up to competitive pricing after that.
If you notice any prices that seem higher than normal, call the attorney general's office at 405-521-2029.
