MOBILE, Ala. (AP) _ A grand jury in Mobile, Alabama, has issued a capital murder indictment against an Oklahoma native who's accused of killing people in three states.
Jeremy Jones of Miami is accused of killing Lisa Marie Nichols in Mobile County, Alabama, last September.
Jones is also accused of killings in Louisiana and Georgia and is called a ``person of interest'' in killings in Oklahoma. He's also called a person of interest in the disappearance of two teenagers from Welch in 1999.
