OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The OU Medical Center's trauma care center is being re-verified as a Level One Trauma Center.

The verification comes from the Committee on Trauma of the American College of Surgeons.

The OU Medical Center operates the only Level One Trauma Care Center in the state as designated by the state Department of Health.
