A mother accused of abducting her daughter from a bus stop is heading to trial.

Tina Lambert waived her preliminary hearing Thursday morning. Her trial is set to begin on April 4th.

Prosecutors say Lambert took her daughter, Alyssa Henderson, from a Sand Springs bus stop last month. They say she planned to take her out of state, even though she didn't have any legal rights to the girl. She was arrested two days later.

Alyssa was not hurt.
