OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A state appeals court has overturned the expulsion of a Rogers State University student who was accused of trying to hack into the school's computer system.
Joshua Fellman was expelled in 2002, but denies trying to hack into the computers. Fellman says he was kicked out for openly supporting another student who was fired from a campus job for exercising religious freedoms.
The sate Court of Civil Appeals says there could be no proper judicial review of the expulsion because between 40 and 89 minutes of the expulsion hearing are missing.
