OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Senate Republican leaders say they will continue to push for tax cuts and reforms to the state's tort and workers' compensation systems in 2006.
The GOP leaders in the state Senate say they also want to incorporate "intelligent design" into state science books and remove homosexual-themed books from library shelves.
Senate Republicans are seeking to take control of the state Senate, which is expected to be a battleground in November with Democrats clinging to a 26-to-22 majority.
