A second arrest has now been made in the case of a murdered Missouri man found in Tulsa.

Reggie Phillips and Louis Young are being held without bond in the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of first degree murder. They're accused in the shooting death of Jerry Doyle of Neosho, Missouri. Doyle disappeared in July.

Security cameras caught pictures of Doyle in a Tulsa bank and his car was found in Broken Arrow.

A work crew found Doyle's remains earlier this month in north Tulsa.
